You can create an ACH route that automatically converts fiat assets to your crypto wallet. Any ACH transfers to this route will be received as USDC in your wallet.
Prerequisites
KYB completed for your organization
Create an ACH route for your wallet
From your dashboard, select a Wallet
Click wallet Settings
Click Enable ACH deposits
Select a destination network to receive USDC
Copy the generated ACH routing details when you send funds from your bank
Can I have multiple destination networks?
No, at this time we only support one ACH route per wallet
How it works
When you send USD to your wallet’s ACH route, our partner Bridge automatically transfers USDC into your wallet. This transfer only occurs after the ACH transaction is settled.
Processing timeline:
Funds typically arrive in 1-2 business days
Stackup never has custody of your funds during this process. Conversion of your funds is subject to your agreement with the partner that you entered into during the KYB process.
Troubleshooting
Q: My funds haven't arrived in my bank account
A: ACH transfers can take up to 2 business days. If it's been longer, check your bank’s transaction history to verify the status or contact our support team.
Q: Can I change the destination of an existing ACH route?
A: No. For security reasons, ACH routes are permanently linked to a wallet.
Q: Are there any fees for using ACH transfers?
A: See Pricing
