Understanding Stackup's Pricing Structure

At Stackup, we believe transparency is essential when it comes to pricing. We've designed our fee structure to be straightforward and predictable, with no hidden costs. This guide explains exactly what you'll pay for each type of transaction on our platform.

Transaction Types and Associated Fees

Stackup offers several transaction types, each with a clear pricing structure:

Access Control

Free

Setting up and managing permissions for your team members costs nothing. Create role-based access controls, assign specific permissions, and manage your team's transaction capabilities—all at no cost to you.

Swap Transactions

When exchanging one token for another:

Enterprise Deal

Fee Structure

No

0.3% platform fee

Yes

Covered by your subscription fee

Enterprise customers benefit from unlimited swaps as part of their subscription, while standard users pay a competitive 0.3% fee per swap.

Send Transactions

Send transactions fall into two categories:

On-chain Sends (Single or Batched)

Enterprise Deal

Fee Structure

No

0.3% platform fee

Yes

Covered by your subscription fee

Like swaps, enterprise customers can perform unlimited on-chain sends as part of their subscription.

ACH Transfers

0.7% total fee (0.4% 3rd party fee + 0.3% platform fee)

For ACH transfers that bridge between traditional banking and crypto, a combined fee of 0.7% applies to cover both the bridge infrastructure and our platform costs.

Enterprise Subscription Benefits

Enterprise customers enjoy several advantages:

  • Unlimited transactions: Both swap and on-chain send fees are covered by your subscription

  • Predictable monthly costs: No surprises or variable fees based on transaction volume

  • Enhanced support: Priority access to our customer success team

  • Custom integrations: Tailored solutions for your specific business needs

Why This Pricing Model?

We've designed our pricing to align with how businesses actually use crypto:

  1. Free access control: Because security and permissions shouldn't cost extra

  2. Success-based fees: We only benefit when you do

  3. Volume-friendly enterprise model: As your transaction volume grows, the subscription model becomes increasingly cost-effective

  4. Transparent fee structure: What you see is what you pay—no hidden costs

Calculating Your Costs

To estimate your monthly costs:

  1. Standard users: Multiply your expected monthly transaction volume by the applicable fee percentage

  2. Enterprise users: Contact our sales team for a custom quote based on your specific needs
