Stackup operates on AWS infrastructure, chosen for its security certifications and global reliability.
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Data in transit uses TLS 1.3 or higher. Sensitive fields get an extra layer of encryption before they even reach our databases. This defense-in-depth approach means a breach at any single layer doesn't compromise your information.
For automation features, we use AWS Nitro Enclaves, isolated compute environments that even we can't access. When you set up automated payments or recurring transactions, the signing keys exist only within these secure enclaves, inaccessible to any human.
Data Minimization
We collect only what's necessary to operate your account. Transaction data stays on the blockchain, we just help you interact with it.
